suite — schedule and holiday management, service catalogs, patient records, prescription writing, promotional offers, staff accounts with granular permissions, and an accounting module
tracking transactions and platform commission deductions. Admins oversee the entire ecosystem: managing clinics, subscriptions, system-wide offers, users, hospitals, and reviewing platform

The problem
Independent clinics and small medical practices lack an affordable, unified system to manage their day-to-day operations and reach patients. Patients, meanwhile, have no single place to
discover trusted clinics, book appointments, and keep their medical history and prescriptions organized. Existing tools tend to solve only one side — either practice management or patient
booking — and rarely support multi-staff clinics, local languages, or a sustainable revenue model for the platform operator.
The solution
POM provides a single backend that unifies both sides of the medical-services relationship. Clinics get a complete management platform (scheduling, patient records, prescriptions, staff
permissions, and accounting), patients get discovery and self-service booking with digital prescriptions and notifications, and the platform operator monetizes through subscriptions plus
per-appointment commissions. A clean layered architecture, custom fine-grained permissions, bilingual support.
